After a year in the Congo, an investigative journalist returns home. Still in the Congo, his girlfriend has disappeared while meeting an informant. The journalist rents a tiny room and begins a job at a small magazine. At night, he researches for his book on his time in the Congo. He finds his neighbors act suspiciously and he feels observed. While researching, he finds alarming information about his girlfriend that reveals the past in a different light and his life gets out of control.

A taut psychological thriller that pulls you into a maze of conspiracy and personal loss. Perfect for when you want something that grips you with moral ambiguity and won't let go until the final frame.
