Coast to Coast, Costa Rica

In early 2021 Mark and Caroline headed to Costa Rica in search of a gravel cycling adventure. After some of the toughest training rides they had ever done, they embarked on a challenge to ride across the country from the Caribbean Sea to the Pacific Ocean in two days. Over 270km of mixed riding through the incredible landscape of Costa Rica with 6500 plus meters of ascent ensued with lots of drama thrown in.

My take

A gripping endurance documentary that captures two cyclists pushing themselves to the absolute limit across Costa Rica's brutal terrain. This is raw, unfiltered adventure—the kind that makes you feel the burn through your screen and question your own limits.
