Blue Bloods

A multi-generational family works across New York City law enforcement, balancing demanding cases with disagreements at home. At the center is a police commissioner who guides the department while managing family tensions, differing viewpoints, and a strong tradition of shared responsibility.

My take

You’ll enjoy this if you like family-centered police dramas with recurring characters, moral debates, and accessible cases; Not for you if you prefer gritty realism or serialized storytelling like The Wire.
