In late-1970s Colorado, a Black police officer launches an undercover operation against a violent white supremacist group. Because he cannot attend meetings in person, a Jewish colleague takes on the physical role while the officer handles communications, creating a tense and unusual investigation.

My take

You’ll like this if you enjoy tense, funny crime dramas with pointed social commentary and strong performances; Not for you if you prefer subtle politics, strict historical accuracy, or a less confrontational ending.
