Black Hawk Down

A U.S. military mission to capture two key figures in Somalia goes disastrously wrong when helicopters are shot down. Stranded in a hostile city, Rangers and elite soldiers face overwhelming opposition, mounting casualties, and a desperate effort to recover everyone while fighting their way back to safety.

My take

You’ll enjoy this if you want an intense, gritty war film centered on teamwork and survival, with a pace closer to The Outpost; Not for you if graphic violence or limited personal storytelling is a concern.
