Beneath Gotham, a sewer-dwelling outcast joins forces with a corrupt mayoral candidate in a scheme against Batman. When the candidate’s timid assistant discovers their plans and is attacked, she transforms into Catwoman and becomes entangled with both the conspirators and the caped crusader.

My take

You may enjoy this if you like dark, offbeat superhero stories, memorable villains, and gothic holiday atmosphere; Not for you if you prefer a grounded Batman adventure with a tightly focused plot.
