Bertha Tingle has been looking for love in all the wrong places. Online, in the street, all the time it’s been right in front of her. After many dates, Bertha sees in her work colleague, Laura, a chance for true love. At the same time Bertha must deal with her mother’s encroaching dementia.

A warmhearted romantic comedy about finding love where you least expect it, wrapped in real-life complexity. Baked Bean balances the joy of new connection with the quiet weight of family responsibility, making it feel both funny and genuinely moving.
