American Made

CriticsCritics: 75
AudienceAudience: 7.3

A skilled pilot is drawn into covert work for the CIA and drug-running for a powerful cartel in the 1980s. As he takes on increasingly risky jobs, his double life blends crime, action, and dark humor, while raising questions about ambition and government secrecy.

My take

You may enjoy this if you like fast-moving true-crime stories with dark humor, a charismatic rule-breaker, and a satirical edge; Not for you if you prefer careful character development or a straightforward crime drama.
