Absolutely Fabulous

In the worlds of fashion and public relations, an immature, pleasure-seeking mother and her outrageous best friend constantly exasperate the mother’s sensible daughter. Their reckless behavior, sharp banter, and selfish schemes create a cult comedy built around excess, family friction, and cruel humor.

My take

You’ll enjoy this if you like loud, irreverent British sitcoms with outrageous characters and rapid-fire jokes; Not for you if you prefer gentle humor, likable leads, or restrained behavior.
