A Family Affair

A young woman works as the assistant to a demanding movie star who rarely takes her seriously. Her life becomes complicated when the star develops feelings for her mother, bringing romance, family tension, awkward moments, and unexpected changes to their relationships.

My take

You may enjoy this if you want a breezy, feel-good romantic comedy with family tension and familiar laughs; Not for you if predictable plots and recycled relationship tropes quickly wear thin.
