47 Meters Down

CriticsCritics: 53
AudienceAudience: 5.5

Two sisters vacationing in Mexico become trapped in a shark cage on the ocean floor after a dive goes wrong. With limited air, dangerous great whites nearby, and a difficult journey to the surface, they must find a way to survive.

My take

You’ll probably enjoy this if you like straightforward survival horror, underwater danger, and frequent jump scares, especially films such as The Shallows; Not for you if you need realistic shark behavior or deeply developed characters.
